Emily: My current occupation is a a communications specialist at a medical specialty society. This blog is my way of expressing my own opinions about the topics I write about all day. Prior to this, I was a writer for a couple of health policy publications. Before that, I had a short stint as a Web developer at a nonprofit. A lot of jobs, a short period of time, a lot of opinions on health care.
